Return & Refund Policy
At theskinvibes, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality skincare and beauty products. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy:
1. No Exchange or Replacement
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear photos showing the damage or defect. 
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Products damaged due to misuse or neglect 
4. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product back to the return address provided. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our end.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, if it meets our criteria, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
